Biography
Jack Stratten is a highly experienced retail trends speaker and writer, and the director of Insider Trends, a global retail trendspotting consultancy.
He has delivered public and private keynotes to audiences worldwide. Covering every aspect of retail, with a particular passion for stores, Jack is also well known for leading retail tours around the world for senior leaders.
He has delivered presentations, retail safaris and workshops for blue chip brands including Nike, Johnson & Johnson, McKinsey, EE, IKEA, Galeries Lafayette, Freeths, Marks & Spencer, Jaguar Land Rover and Diageo.
Jack has been named a RETHINK Retail Top Retail Expert three years running and was named one of NRF’s Top Retail Voices in 2025 and 2026.
